–I am getting an error on the videos :
If you see Error Loading Media or No Playable Sources found and a black box in the video player area then you will need to make a setting change in your browser . We have a highly customized video player that utilizes adaptive bit-rate streaming and has some flash elements in the process but the videos are not flash

-Where do I start?
The site is set up to allow you to jump in and learn from lessons based on categories and styles or by following a step by step course. You may not know what you are looking for an might want to click through the categories under LESSONS to find an individual lesson of interest to you or you can click COURSES and jump into a step by step course module
-How do I enroll in course to track course progress?
At the bottom of lessons within a course you will see an option to mark as complete. After marking a lesson within a course as complete you will then see your course progress tracked on your dashboard
– How do I edit my account information?
Once you log in click on PROFILE, then click EDIT and you will be able to update r change your information including password
-How do I reset my password ?
Click on the log in drop down menu ( the 4 lines in the circle at the top right of the site) and click the “?” to initiate the password reset. The emails are automated so they can end up in your spam/junkmail folder. If you do not see the rest email in your normal inbox please check your spam folder. If you have any issues pleas email us at email@example.com
